Location
The Midyear Conference will be held at the Renaissance Austin Hotel located at 9721 Arboretum Boulevard in Austin. The hotel has extended a room rate of $259 (single or double) through February 25 for TML Midyear Conference attendees. Discounted overnight self-parking at the hotel is charged at $10 plus tax per night.  Marriott Bonvoy members receive complimentary standard internet service.

Note: If you are not registered for the TML Midyear Conference by March 3, you may be removed from this room block.

Registration Fees (unregistered guests are not permitted to attend)

Member Rate – $295
Your registration fee includes a light breakfast on Thursday and Friday, scheduled refreshment breaks, and online access to handouts. The fee increases to $325 after March 3.

Associate Member Rate – $295
Your registration fee includes a light breakfast on Thursday and Friday, scheduled refreshment breaks, and online access to handouts. The fee increases to $325 after March 3.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee per person will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to cheryl@tml.org by February 25. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No refunds will be honored after February 25. Transfers to other events are not permitted. Substitutions are always accepted.

Name Badges and Handouts
Name badges will be available for pickup onsite. Only registered attendees will receive a name badge and badges must be worn at all times. Online access to handouts will be provided at least one week prior to the event. All communications about this event will be sent to the email used to register.

Dress Code
Dress casually and comfortably. We recommend that you dress in layers for your comfort as meeting room temperatures tend to fluctuate.
