Location
The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites San Marcos located at 1001 E. McCarty Lane in San Marcos. The hotel has extended a room rate of $179 (single or double) through February 20 for TML Midyear Conference attendees. Surface parking at the hotel is charged at $5 plus tax per night.  Hilton Honors members receive complimentary standard internet service.

Embassy Suites Breakfast and Evening Reception

Registration Fees

Member Rate – $275
Your registration fee includes lunch on Thursday, scheduled refreshment breaks, and online access to handouts. The fee increases to $300 after February 8.

Associate Member Rate – $275
Your registration fee includes lunch on Thursday, scheduled refreshment breaks, and online access to handouts. The fee increases to $300 after February 8.

Non-Member Rate – $425
Your registration fee includes lunch on Thursday, scheduled refreshment breaks, and online access to handouts. The fee increases to $450 after February 8.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee per person will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to cheryl@tml.org by February 8. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No refunds will be honored after February 8. Transfers to other events is not permitted. Substitutions are always accepted.

Name Badges and Handouts
Name badges will be available for pickup onsite. Only registered attendees will receive a name badge and they must be worn at all times. Online access to handouts will be provided at least one week prior to the event. All communications about this event will be sent to the email used to register.

Dress Code
Dress casually and comfortably. We recommend that you dress in layers for your comfort as meeting room temperatures tend to fluctuate.
