General Information


Location
The Midyear Conference will be held at the Houston Marriott Sugar Land Hotel, located at 16090 City Walk in Sugar Land. The hotel has extended a room rate of $179 (single or double) through February 10 for TML Midyear Conference attendees. Valet parking is available for $37 per night. Marriott Bonvoy members receive complimentary standard internet service.

Note: If you are not registered for the TML Midyear Conference by February 10, you may be removed from this room block.

Registration Fees (unregistered guests are not permitted to attend)

Member Rate – $325
Your registration fee includes a light breakfast on Thursday and Friday, scheduled refreshment breaks, and online access to handouts. The cost increases to $375 after February 10.

Associate Member Rate – $325
Your registration fee includes a light breakfast on Thursday and Friday, scheduled refreshment breaks, and online access to handouts. The cost increases to $375 after February 10.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $75 cancellation fee per person will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to tmlmidyear@tml.org.

Name Badges and Handouts
Name badges will be available for pickup on-site. Only registered attendees will receive a name badge, and badges must be worn at all times. Online access to handouts will be provided at least one week before the event. All communications about this event will be sent to the email used to register.

Dress Code
Dress casually and comfortably. We recommend dressing in layers for your comfort, as meeting room temperatures tend to fluctuate.
